Description

- The Deputy Manager - Team Lead HFM & USM will oversee the financial reporting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a seasoned professional to lead the team, mentor junior members, and drive process improvements.
- Lead the design, development, and validation of HFM & USM systems, ensuring seamless integration of vehicle functions. Manage project timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with automotive standards. Provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and oversee system testing to deliver high-quality solutions within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HFM and USM teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster career development.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial reporting activities.
- Conduct regular reviews of team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex financial reporting queries.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 9-11 years of experience in financial management or reporting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Unified Smart Reporting (USM).
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
