The Deputy Manager - Switches will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and maintenance of switch systems within our organization. This position requires a skilled qualified with extensive experience in switch management to ensure seamless connectivity and reliability of our network systems.

- Job Title - Technical Expert- Switches for Passenger Cars & Shatan Role
- Technical expertise in Switches Development and related Engineering requirements.
- Technical expertise of vehicle Schematics development.
- Awareness of relevant Legal requirements and system level functions and Testing .
- Understanding of Product development process & Project timelines - Experience in engineering Supplier governance .
- Experience of handling field issues, idea generation & problem solving
- Strong inter-personal skills to work effectively with Suppliers & cross functional teams across the globe.
- Awareness of future technological advancement in ADAS is added advantage
- Understand SW HW requirements for the Switches and the System

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the operations and maintenance of switch systems.




- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure optimal performance of switch technologies.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to switch operations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on switch management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and implement upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications

- 8-16 years of experience in switch management or related field.
- Strong understanding of switch technologies and network protocols.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues related to switches.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
