Position Purpose: The jobholder is responsible for creating a learning focused sales organization by creating training modules (instructor led training, videos, single pagers) for the sales force across all channels.

- Any Graduation/MBA/Post Graduation Degree
Experience Range Required to man the position

- Preferred Nature of Industry: Insurance/ Banking/NBFC
Job Summary
Specific Accountabilities
- Design and develop engaging ILT modules for different life insurance training programs, incorporating adult learning principles and instructional design's best practices.
- Create visually appealing single pagers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan and execute video shoots
- Edit video footage using video editing software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and training, to understand content requirements and deliver high-quality content.
- Ensure all content meets the company's quality, branding, and compliance standards
Skills Required
- Proven abilities in researching, adopting an introducing current training techniques, aids and technologies to manage change.
- Experience in creating ILT content
- Plan & execute video shoot & video editing
- Ability to build uniformity & standardization in content.
