DGM - HR & Admin HR Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and separations. Act as the primary HR partner for employees and contract workforce, providing guidance and resolving people-related concerns. Support in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, learning initiatives, and reward & recognition programs.

Industrial Relations

Foster positive employee and industrial relations through regular engagement and effective issue resolution. Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, workforce discipline, and statutory compliance requirements. Address employee grievances, workplace disputes, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.

Coordinate with labour authorities, contractors, and stakeholders on workforce and compliance-related matters. Facilitate labour inspections, audits, and compliance reviews while ensuring closure of observations and corrective actions.

Administration





Oversee daily site administration activities to ensure smooth and productive operations. Manage employee support services including accommodation, transportation, housekeeping, security, catering, and camp facilities. Coordinate and monitor vendors and service providers for quality service delivery and contractual compliance.

Maintain administrative budgets, records, licenses, agreements, and statutory documentation while supporting cost optimization. Supervise administration support staff and prepare regular manpower, administration, and compliance MIS reports. MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, or related discipline. 12 years’ experience in HR, Industrial Relations, and Administration, preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, construction, engineering or industrial environments.
