Responsibilities

Customer Partnership &
- Feasibility: Partner deeply with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own the end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.

Solution Architecture &
- Integration: Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging WRITER's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.

Technical Guidance: Translate intricate technical concepts into clear, prescriptive solution recommendations to guide customers through the generative AI landscape.

Cross-Functional Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with internal Product and Engineering teams, providing crucial customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and drive continuous innovation.

Experience &
- Technical Skills

SaaS Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, including 3+ years specifically in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.

Enterprise Track Record: Proven background architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Python &
- API Fluency: Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs.
