- The main objective of this role is to ensure Delivery SLAs committed to International Customers are met, by closely coordinating with Internal supply planning teams on timelines
- Assist in preparing the documents needed for tenders
- Review and acknowledge customer POs by checking against contracts
- Review of payment instructions, confirmations from Finance on advance payments, LC docs, etc. before supply clearance
- Organizing and submission of shipping documents to customers
- Conducting S&OP; monthly meetings and demand consolidation to advise Supply Planning Team on planning to ensure SLAs are compiled conduct daily, weekly follows with Supply planning to ensure supplies
- Tracking Sales performance against budgets, preparing MIS reports and LBEs for the year, tracking open orders in hand, etc.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoices, sales and budget reconciliations on need basis
- Record keeping of Supply reports of the department
- Tracking of outstanding payments
Preferred candidate profile
Full time MBA/PGD in a) Supply Chain (SCM) from Tier 2 or Tier 3 B-School or b) From MBA colleges specialized in Supply Chain (SCM)
- Total experience: 12 to 18 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with below minimum expectations
a) Industry Experience: Previous experience in Pharma Industry Exports Supply Chain is preferred b) Hands on experience in interfacing between International Customers and internal supply planning team c) Possess full knowledge & minimum 5 years' experience on export procedures working with international freight forwarders d) Experience in using SCM modules in SAP
