Role Description The Demand Manager role at Bookingkaralo Travel and Events is a full time, on-site position based in Noidai.

The Demand

Manager is responsible for forecasting travel demand, monitoring booking trends, and optimizing inventory and pricing to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing market data, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and designing promotional strategies for key destinations and packages.

prepare regular reports for leadership, and adjust tactics based on seasonality and client preferences. Daily activities include liaising with suppliers, ensuring availability across channels, and supporting marketing campaigns with data-driven insights.

Qualifications.

- Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or events, with understanding of tour packaging, pricing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools; familiarity with travel booking or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
