Published: about 18 hours ago A leading global technology and digital transformation organisation is hiring a Delivery Manager - GDS/EDIFACT Implementation to manage end-to-end delivery of airline technology projects. The role requires strong expertise in PSS implementation/migration, GDS, EDIFACT and enterprise system integrations, along with proven experience in project, vendor and stakeholder management.

Location - Pan India

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of PSS implementation and migration projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per requirements.
- Coordinate with business, product, architecture, operations, contact centre, airport, digital, loyalty and external vendor teams.
- Create and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, RAID logs, release plans and sprint execution.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, risks, issues and budget adherence while conducting regular project governance meetings and executive reporting.
- Lead enterprise integrations involving GDS, EDIFACT, APIs, XML and middleware platforms, ensuring readiness for SIT, UAT, go-live and post-launch hypercare.

Requirements

- 10+ years of overall Project Management experience, including at least 4+ years in PSS implementation/migration projects.
- Mandatory experience in the airline/aviation industry with strong knowledge of GDS and EDIFACT.
- Experience with airline systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport is preferred.
- Strong experience in vendor management, stakeholder management, enterprise integrations, SIT,



UAT and go-live execution.
- Knowledge of PI Planning, sprint execution, RAID and release planning; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred.
