Product Delivery Manager - Disruption - Mumbai - 12+ YearsSummary We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager with 12+ years of experience in project management, including 2-4 years managing delivery roadmaps and implementation lifecycles. The ideal candidate brings experience in disruption management, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, governance, and end-to-end solution delivery. Strong exposure to airline disruption workflows, release planning, and operational readiness will be highly relevant.

Responsibilities

- Managing the delivery roadmap and implementation lifecycle of the Disruption Management platform from discovery through deployment and hyper care.
- Driving cross-functional coordination across Business, Product, Architecture, Operations, Contact Center, Airports, Digital Channels, Loyalty, and external vendors.
- Monitoring implementation risks, vendor deliverables, milestones, SLAs, and budget adherence.
- Establishing governance forums and providing executive-level reporting on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Leading PI Planning, sprint execution, dependency management, RAID tracking, and release planning activities.
- Ensuring solution readiness through SIT, UAT, operational readiness reviews, go-live planning, and post-launch support.
- Coordinating disruption workflows covering schedule changes, passenger reaccommodation,



compensation, refund processing, customer communications, and service recovery.

Requirements

- Holding 5-7 years of overall experience in project management practices.
- Having 2-4 years of experience managing delivery roadmaps and implementation lifecycles.
- Bringing relevant exposure to airline disruption management and passenger service workflows.
- Demonstrating strong experience in stakeholder management, governance, delivery tracking, and dependency management.
- Having hands-on exposure to PI Planning, sprint execution, RAID tracking, release planning, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Demonstrating strong communication and executive reporting skills.
- Holding PMP, PRINCE2, or another recognised project management certification.
