Role Description This is a full-time, on-site delivery role based in Ranchi. The Delivery team member will be responsible for picking up and delivering medical samples, documents, and consumables between diagnostic centers and partner locations in a timely and safe manner. Daily tasks include planning delivery routes, coordinating with laboratory and logistics teams, maintaining accurate records of pickups and drop-offs, and ensuring proper handling of materials according to company guidelines.





The role also involves providing courteous customer service during interactions with partner labs, reporting any delivery issues promptly, and following all traffic, safety, and company compliance standards. The individual will work closely with operations and logistics staff to support efficient healthcare delivery across the network.

Qualifications

- Customer Service skills, including polite communication, professionalism, and responsiveness to partner needs.
- Logistics Management and Transportation skills to plan routes, manage delivery schedules, and handle materials safely.
- Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage or similar delivery roles, demonstrating reliability and time management.
- Ability to learn and follow Training related to safe sample handling, company procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license and a clean driving record.
- Basic reading and writing skills to maintain delivery logs and follow written instructions.
- Robust attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work on-site in Ranchi with flexible scheduling if needed.
- Prior experience in healthcare, courier
