Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:

- Architecting, configuring, and supporting Delinea PAM solutions, including privileged credential vaulting, secret rotation, session control, access workflows, and integrations with enterprise security platforms
- Leading onboarding and lifecycle management for privileged, service, and application accounts across Windows, Linux/Unix, cloud, database, and application environments
- Administering Delinea Secret Server components, including discovery, secret templates, onboarding workflows, folders, access policies, approval workflows, and privileged access controls
- Troubleshooting complex platform issues, performing log analysis, supporting root cause analysis, and resolving advanced L3/L4 escalations
- Supporting platform operations, including upgrades, patching, high availability, disaster recovery readiness, hardening, capacity planning, performance tuning, and operational monitoring
- Developing automation, reporting, reconciliation, and custom integrations using application programming interfaces for privileged access management operations

The team Deloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:

- Managing Identity Lifecycle
- Security Operations
- Threat Intelligence
- Application Security
- Business Transformation
- Continuous Compliance

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients. Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend,



and holiday coverage; on-call support based on project assignment

Qualifications

Required

- 6-9 years of experience in privileged access management, identity security, or cybersecurity domains
- Experience with Delinea PAM, including Secret Server administration and support
- Experience onboarding and managing privileged, service, and application accounts
- Experience configuring credential vaulting, password rotation, privileged access controls, and approval-based access workflows
- Experience integrating Delinea with Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, multi-factor authentication, security information and event management, identity governance and administration, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, and ticketing systems
- Experience with Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces, automation, and scripting for privileged access management administration and support
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university

Preferred
- Experience with Delinea platform extensions, custom integrations, or non-standard connector use cases
- Experience migrating privileged accounts from legacy privileged access management tools or manual repositories
- Experience supporting secrets management for applications, DevOps tooling, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines
- Experience with just-in-time access models and elevated access governance
- Experience in regulated environments with audit and control requirements
- Delinea Secret Server Associate, Delinea Secret Server Engineer, or other privileged access management, identity and access management, or cybersecurity certifications
