Key Responsibilities

- Assemble Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), robotic systems, and defence hardware components with high precision.
- Read and follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematic instructions.
- Perform soldering, wire harnessing, and mechanical integration of electromechanical components.
- Integrate and calibrate sensors, actuators, motors, and controllers used in robotics and drones.
- Flash firmware and assist in testing communication interfaces using ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Troubleshoot and verify communication protocols, with a robust focus on CAN bus networks.




- Conduct quality checks and functional testing on sub-assemblies to find and fix defects.
- Follow strict safety and security protocols for defence-grade manufacturing.
- Maintain inventory records of tools, raw materials, and finished goods.

Requirements

- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in UAV, robotics, aerospace, or defence manufacturing.
- Diploma or degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field).
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, wiring, mechanical tools, and robotic hardware systems.
- Familiarity with testing robotic mechanisms, drivetrains, or automated systems.
- Ability to work in a secure, high-compliance production environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
