Role Description The Debt Manager (Dealer) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and monitoring debt portfolios, executing debt market transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize fund utilization and debt structures.

The Debt

Manager will track market movements, analyze yields and spreads, and prepare regular reports and recommendations to support investment and financing decisions. Daily responsibilities include liaising with counterparties,



handling documentation for debt instruments, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires close collaboration with risk, treasury, and finance teams to maintain accurate records and support effective debt management strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Debt Management and Debt Collection.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and understanding of capital and debt markets.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for portfolio analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in debt dealing, treasury operations, or fixed income market roles is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools, with attention to detail and accuracy.
