Analytics, AI & Data Engineering Lead - Senior Manager (C2)Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Analytics, AI & Data Engineering Lead to drive data-led transformation initiatives for clients. The role combines advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, data engineering, modern cloud data platforms, and stakeholder management. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable data and AI solutions while leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable business impact across Healthcare, Finance, Retail, and B2B/B2C Sales.

Responsibilities

- Partner with clients and senior business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics, AI, and data to improve business outcomes, while translating ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks.
- Lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives including customer segmentation, churn prediction, propensity modelling, customer lifetime value, forecasting, recommendation systems, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions including conversational analytics, AI copilots, agent-based applications, LLM applications, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering,



and responsible AI frameworks.
- Architect and oversee scalable data engineering solutions across modern cloud platforms, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion, transformation, lakehouse architecture, semantic models, governance, and data quality frameworks, with Microsoft Fabric and Azure as preferred technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams of analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists while managing project planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, technical best practices, solution development, effort estimation, proposals, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7-12 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data & AI Consulting, preferably with experience in leading end-to-end analytics and data transformation engagements.
- Strong consulting mindset with excellent problem-solving, client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level data storytelling capabilities.
- Advanced technical expertise in SQL, Python/R, Power BI, statistical modelling, machine learning,



experimentation, forecasting, customer/marketing/pricing analytics, ETL/ELT, data modelling, Spark/PySpark, and data pipeline orchestration.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable Azure/data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, along with Azure OpenAI, LLM applications, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, vector databases, and AI governance.
