Role Summary

We are looking for Senior Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse Developers with deep hands-on expertise in Power Platform, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, plugins, Power Automate, integrations, and ALM. Candidates should be capable of independently designing, developing, troubleshooting, and deploying enterprise-grade D365 CE solutions while working directly with Australia-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and/or Field Service.
- Develop Model-Driven Apps including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, BPFs, and command bar customizations.
- Build advanced Canvas Apps using Power Fx, reusable components, responsive layouts, connectors, and performance optimization.
- Develop Dataverse plugins and custom workflow activities using C#/.NET and Dataverse SDK.
- Build and manage Power Automate cloud flows for automation and integrations.
- Develop integrations using Dataverse Web API, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors.
- Implement Dataverse security including business units, security roles, teams, and field/row-level security.
- Manage Power Platform ALM, solutions, environments, Azure DevOps/Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript/TypeScript and PCF where required.
- Troubleshoot performance, data, integration, and application issues.




- Conduct code reviews and ensure Power Platform development best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with Australian stakeholders for requirements, solution design, demos, and UAT.

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with D365 CE / Dataverse / Power Platform.
- Robust Canvas App development experience with advanced Power Fx, delegation, component libraries, and custom connectors.
- Strong Model-Driven App development experience.
- Expertise in Dataverse architecture, security, solutions, and environment strategy.
- Hands-on experience with C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and Dataverse SDK.
- Strong experience with Power Automate.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, .NET, Web API, and REST integrations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, ALM, solution packaging, and CI/CD.
- Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently during AEST business hours.

Good to Have
- PL-200 / PL-400 / MB-600 / MB-700 certifications.
- Experience with PCF custom controls.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
- Power BI integration/embedding experience.
- Experience working with Australian clients.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical design discussions.
