You will work with clients to design, implement, and operate data protection capabilities, with a focus on safeguarding proprietary, confidential, and other sensitive business information across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and manage Netskope DLP policies across enterprise environments.
- Design and maintain Netskope DLP policy architecture — classifiers, profiles, rules, and enforcement actions.
- Develop custom DLP detection logic, including Regex, fingerprinting, Exact Data Match (EDM) / Indexed Document Match (IDM), document-type rules, and file-name patterns.
- Design DLP controls to protect proprietary, confidential, intellectual property, and other sensitive business information.
- Conduct DLP policy testing, false-positive analysis, and iterative rule tuning to improve detection accuracy.
- Move DLP controls through the full monitor → pilot → tune → enforce implementation lifecycle.
- Translate business-sensitive data requirements into technical DLP detection rules and classifiers.
- Document technical configurations, test results, tuning decisions, and operational procedures / runbooks.
- Collaborate directly with data owners, security operations teams, and DLP platform owners to align controls with business needs.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum degree: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in data loss prevention, data protection, or related information security operations roles.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills: Core (Must-Have)
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing Netskope DLP policies in enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of Netskope DLP policy architecture — classifiers, profiles, rules,



and enforcement capabilities.
- Hands-on experience developing custom DLP detection logic, particularly Regex, fingerprinting, EDM/IDM, document-type rules, and file-name patterns.
- Demonstrated experience with DLP policy testing, false-positive analysis, and iterative rule tuning.
- Experience moving DLP controls through monitor → pilot → tune → enforce implementation lifecycles.

Highly Preferred
- Experience designing DLP controls for proprietary, confidential, intellectual property, or other sensitive business information.
- Ability to translate business-sensitive data requirements into technical DLP detection rules and classifiers.
- Experience documenting technical configurations, test results, tuning decisions, and operational procedures.
- Exposure to the broader Netskope SSE/SASE platform (e.g., CASB, SWG) and integration of DLP with SIEM or incident-response workflows.

Nice to Have
- Exposure to other enterprise DLP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint, Symantec) for cross-platform context.
- Understanding of data classification programs and information-protection frameworks.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with data owners, security operations teams, and DLP platform owners.
- Ability to explain technical DLP concepts and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred)
- Netskope role-based certifications (e.g., NCCSA — Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator).
- CompTIA Security+.
- CISM and/or CISSP.

Mandatory Skill: Data Protection (Netskope DLP), tune Data Loss Prevention policies and custom detection logic on the Netskope platform, custom DLP detection logic, particularly Regex, fingerprinting, EDM/IDM, document-type rules, and file-name patterns. Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
