Role Description The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems related to inventory, shipments, and client orders. Day-to-day tasks include verifying documents, cross-checking records, correcting data inconsistencies, and ensuring timely data updates to support warehouse and transportation operations. The role also involves generating basic reports, coordinating with supervisors and operations staff for data clarification, and following established data management procedures and security standards.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bhiwandi, working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and accurate information flow.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong data entry and typing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing software, and data management tools.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time management abilities to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams.
- Completion of secondary education (high school or equivalent); a diploma or degree in commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in data entry, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain confidentiality of company and client data.
