Role Description The Data Entry Operator role at TTK Healthcare Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur Tehsil.

The Data Entry

Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases, following established procedures and data quality standards. Daily tasks include verifying information, correcting discrepancies, organizing records, and generating basic reports as needed.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to obtain missing information, supporting administrative processes, and responding to routine inquiries related to data or documentation.

The individual will be expected to follow confidentiality guidelines and contribute to efficient, error-free data management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry software.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills for organizing records, handling documentation, and supporting office workflows.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with team members and responding to queries.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to interact courteously with internal and external stakeholders when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes and guidelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur Tehsil and manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus.
- Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or diploma; a graduate degree is an advantage.
