Role Description This is a full time, on-site Data Entry Operator role based in Shivpuri.

The Data Entry

Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems, including sales records, inventory details, and customer information. Daily tasks include verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors, and ensuring information is organized and accessible for reporting and analysis. The role involves working closely with store and administrative teams to support routine documentation, preparing basic reports, and following established data management procedures.

Operator is expected to adhere to confidentiality guidelines, comply with company policies, and meet productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry software, and basic office applications.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as organizing files, maintaining records, and supporting routine documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and report data issues clearly.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service awareness to handle internal and external queries professionally when required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized procedures and deadlines.
- Prior experience in data entry, retail operations, or office administration is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th) pass; a diploma or degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Shivpuri on a fixed schedule and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
