We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data accurately in company databases and software.
- Maintain daily records of operational activities.
- Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
- Prepare reports and maintain digital documentation.
- Scan, organize, and file documents systematically.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect missing or incomplete information.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies.
- Perform regular backups and maintain data security.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with data management software is an added advantage.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or operations data management is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM software will be an added advantage.
