We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications in Python and implementing scalable AI workflows that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.

- Build and orchestrate AI Agent workflows for complex business processes and task automation.

- Develop AI verification and evaluation frameworks to ensure reliability, accuracy, safety, and governance of AI systems.

- Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge management and search use cases.

- Develop backend services and AI integrations using Python.

- Implement and optimize vector search solutions using PG Vector and other vector databases.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.

- Fine-tune prompts, optimize model performance, and improve response quality.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance deployed AI applications to ensure scalability and performance.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

- Stay updated with emerging AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies.

Required Skills

Technical Skills





- Strong proficiency in Python development.

- Experience with LLM application development using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models.

- Hands-on experience building AI Agents and multi-agent workflows.

- Expertise in RAG architecture, document ingestion, chunking strategies, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.

- Experience with PG Vector and vector similarity search.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.

- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as:

LangChain

LangGraph

LlamaIndex

Semantic Kernel

CrewAI (preferred)

- Experience in API development and integration.

Good to Have

- Experience with Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.

- Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment practices.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, and model monitoring.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- 4-8 years of software development experience, with significant exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
