Position Details

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Data Cleansing Manager with strong expertise in Vendor Master Data Cleansing and SAP environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cleansing vendor master attributes, data migration and ERP implementation projects, while ensuring data quality, compliance, accuracy and audit readiness.

Mandatory Requirements

- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in data cleansing activities.
- Strong hands-on experience in Vendor Master Data Cleansing .
- Experience with SAP Vendor Master processes.
- Experience in data initiatives involving data cleansing, integration and migration .
- Relevant experience in ERP implementation and/or data migration projects .
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and associated data structures .
- Experience working with internal cross-functional teams .
- Robust communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English speaking and writing proficiency .

Key Responsibilities

- Execute assigned Vendor Master Data Cleansing activities.
- Cleanse and validate internal and external vendor master attributes .
- Ensure all required data controls and quality standards are followed during the cleansing process.
- Prepare accurate data loading templates using cleansed data, ensuring minimal errors and non-compliance.
- Support the Data Cleansing Manager in defining the approach for cleansing vendor master data.
- Support execution of cleansing activities using mass change functionality , where applicable.
- Review data for completeness,



accuracy and adherence to defined controls.
- Ensure relevant data sources and supporting documents are properly archived for future audit requirements , including sources such as DUNS and invoices.
- Track and report the status and progress of data cleansing activities .
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and support successful delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be an experienced SAP Vendor Master Data professional who has worked extensively on data cleansing and migration initiatives , particularly in ERP implementation environments. Candidates with strong hands-on Vendor Master cleansing experience, SAP ECC exposure and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders will be preferred.
