? What We’re Looking For

- Strong expertise in Data Architecture & End-to-End Solution Design
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, PySpark & SQL
- Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture
- Experience in Data Migration, Legacy Modernization & Performance Optimization
- Experience with Batch, Near Real-Time Processing & CDC
- Knowledge of CI/CD,



GitHub/Jenkins & Databricks Asset Bundles
- Understanding of Data Mesh & modern architecture patterns
- US / UK Insurance domain experience is an added advantage
