About the Role

BAOIAM is looking for an experienced and passionate Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help us build a complete, industry-oriented Data Analytics learning program.

This is not a regular full-time teaching position .

The selected expert will work with BAOIAM on a remote, part-time, project-based engagement and will be responsible for creating the complete learning ecosystem—from curriculum design and learning content to recorded video sessions, practical projects, and assessments.

The content created will be used across the BAOIAM LMS, Android application, YouTube channel, and other BAOIAM learning platforms .

? Key Responsibilities The selected Data Analytics SME will be responsible for:

1. Curriculum Development

- Design a complete Beginner to Advanced Data Analytics curriculum
- Create a structured learning roadmap with clear modules and learning outcomes
- Ensure the curriculum is practical, industry-relevant, and suitable for students and working professionals
- Include real-world business case studies and projects

1. Training Content Creation

- Create professional PPTs and training materials for each module
- Prepare learner notes, examples, practice exercises, and supporting resources
- Create datasets for hands-on practice
- Develop practical assignments and use cases

1. Video Session Recording

- Record high-quality training sessions remotely
- Explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and beginner-friendly manner
- Demonstrate practical implementation using relevant tools
- Create a complete video learning series from basic to advanced concepts

1. Assessments & Evaluation

- Create module-wise quizzes and assessments
- Develop practical assignments
- Create case-study-based assessments
- Prepare project evaluation criteria
- Develop a final capstone project
- Create interview-oriented questions and practical challenges

1. Industry & Career Readiness





- Include real-world Data Analytics use cases
- Help learners understand how Data Analysts work in corporate environments
- Create portfolio-building projects
- Contribute to interview preparation content
- Include industry tools, workflows, and best practices

? Expected Technical Expertise The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of most or all of the following:

The content should be designed for learners ranging from absolute beginners to advanced/job-ready Data Analytics learners . ? Who Should Apply?

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics
- Has hands-on corporate or client project experience
- Has experience working with real-world datasets
- Can explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner
- Has teaching, mentoring, training, or content creation experience




- Is comfortable being recorded and creating professional video-based learning content
- Can independently design and structure a complete course
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Can work independently and meet agreed project milestones

Prior experience as a Trainer, Mentor, Faculty Member, Corporate Trainer, Content Creator, or Subject Matter Expert will be an advantage. ? Engagement Model
