We are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform business data into meaningful insights and support better decision-making across the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organise and analyse sales, supplier, purchasing and inventory data.
- Track product performance across different markets and regions.
- Analyse sales, pricing, purchasing and customer-related trends.
- Identify patterns in customer purchasing behaviour and pricing behaviour.
- Monitor business performance and highlight significant trends, discrepancies and opportunities.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, analytical reports and management summaries.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Work closely with the Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to understand data requirements.
- Support management with data-driven insights for business and operational decisions.
- Assist in analysing product, supplier and market performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the automation of data workflows and repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and prepare reports as required by management.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation is crucial for this position.



Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Business Analysis, Reporting or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups and data analysis.
- Knowledge of data visualisation and dashboard preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful patterns.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.

Preferred
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Python, R or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with Power Query, DAX or reporting automation.
- Previous experience in eCommerce, industrial B2B, manufacturing, trading or technology-related businesses will be an advantage.
- Experience working with sales, purchasing, supplier or inventory data.
- Understanding of business KPIs and performance reporting.
- Experience in automating Excel-based reports or data workflows.
- Ability to independently build dashboards and present insights to management.
