Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of Excel, data reporting, and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards and data visualization reports.
- Track and analyze key business and operational KPIs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Identify data inconsistencies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Perform data analysis to support business and operational decisions.
- Maintain accurate databases and documentation.
- Work with different departments to understand their reporting and data requirements.
- Automate and improve existing reports and data processes where possible.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reports as required by management.





Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and other Excel functions.
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of data visualization and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, BBA, BE/B.Tech, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or experience in Data Analytics will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong analytical and technical skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
