Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Puducherry.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making. The role involves performing quantitative analysis, developing dashboards and reports, and interpreting trends to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Analyst will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data requirements and support AI and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities also include documenting methodologies,



maintaining data quality standards, and communicating findings in a transparent and accessible manner.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and support business decisions.
- Solid foundation in Statistics to design analyses, validate results, and support predictive or trend-based insights.
- Experience with Data Modeling to structure, organize, and optimize data for reporting and analytical use.
- Effective Communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
- Familiarity with programming languages used in data analysis (e.g., Python or R) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Puducherry and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
