Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to gather and document finance-related business requirements for D365 Business Central.
- Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 Business Central finance module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of financial data and processes with other business applications.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they understand the functionality and capabilities of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the finance functionalities of D365 Business Central.
- Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in D365 Business Central and provide recommendations for improvements.

Skills and Tools Required

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically in finance modules.
- Experience implementing D365 Business Central for finance departments within organizations.
- Ability to gather and analyse business requirements effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.

- Configuring and customizing financial modules to meet specific business needs and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Providing guidance and support during the implementation phase, including user training and documentation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize system performance, ensuring smooth operations post implementation.
- Keeping abreast of updates and enhancements in D365 Business Central to recommend improvements and new functionalities.

To Succeed in This Role – You Should Have the Following

- A strong background in finance and accounting principles, with experience in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring D365 Business Central finance modules and a strong grasp of integration with other business systems.
