Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Website Management & Optimization

● Own the website end-to-end (performance, UX, and conversions)

● Manage product listings, content updates, and overall site hygiene

● Work closely with tech teams for feature enhancements and bug resolution

- D2C Growth & Revenue

● Drive D2C sales through performance marketing, CRO, and experimentation

● Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and retention

● Identify growth opportunities across channels (paid, organic, partnerships)

- Content & Merchandising

● Oversee website content including product pages, landing pages, and campaigns

● Ensure alignment with brand voice and conversion-focused storytelling

● Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, offers, and launches

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

● Work closely with CRM team for retention, lifecycle marketing, and customer journeys





● Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery experience

● Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for seamless execution

- Analytics & Reporting

● Track, analyze, and report website and D2C performance metrics

● Use insights to drive continuous optimization and decision-making

● Build dashboards and provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

● 3-4 years of experience in a D2C / e-commerce / startup environment

● Proven track record of driving website growth and online sales

● Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRO, and analytics tools

● Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms (preferred)

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into action

● Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
