Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, technically strong, and energetic Cyber Security Trainer who can deliver high-quality instructor-led training while mentoring the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in offensive security, defensive security, and cybersecurity best practices. The trainer should be capable of delivering certification-oriented as well as customized cybersecurity training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

· Deliver instructor-led classroom, online, and hybrid cybersecurity training programs.

· Conduct official certification training for EC-Council, CompTIA, and OffSec courses while adhering to the respective vendor training standards and methodologies.

· Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions with extensive hands-on lab demonstrations.

· Conduct workshops, bootcamps, webinars, faculty development programs (FDPs), university sessions, and corporate cybersecurity training.

Student Mentorship

· Mentor students throughout their learning journey.

· Prepare candidates for global certification examinations.

· Conduct practical assessments, mock interviews, and technical evaluations.

· Guide students on cybersecurity career paths and industry best practices.

Content Development

· Develop and continuously improve training materials, presentations, lab guides, assignments, and assessments.

· Design practical lab environments and real-world attack scenarios.

· Update course content based on the latest cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, tools, and vendor certification syllabus updates.

Continuous Learning

· Stay current with emerging cybersecurity technologies, attack vectors, security frameworks, and compliance requirements.

· Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and technical research.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.

· 2–6 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.

· Prior experience delivering technical or certification training will be preferred.

· Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

· Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for learners at different skill levels.

· Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates holding one or more of the following certifications will be preferred:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
