Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, scope, and lead complex technical assessments including Purple Team engagements and other security testing initiatives.
- Perform targeted offensive security assessments with a focus on improving detection and telemetry capabilities.
- Collaborate with Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, and Security Engineering teams to enhance security outcomes.
- Identify and develop recent capabilities to improve adversary simulation programs and overall security maturity.
- Support and mentor internal teams on secure architecture, detection logic, and adversary behavior analysis.
- Execute advanced adversary techniques, tactics, and procedures across all phases of the cyber kill chain.
- Build and conduct adversary emulation exercises based on frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK; and custom threat models.
- Prepare comprehensive security assessment reports and present complex technical findings in a clear manner.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address evolving cybersecurity challenges.




- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and offensive security techniques.
- Mentor and guide junior security professionals within the team.

Skills Required:

- Strong experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence and Threat Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Red Teaming and Offensive Security assessments.
- Knowledge of Threat Hunting and Threat Detection methodologies.
- Experience working with threat intelligence platforms and security monitoring tools such as Splunk.
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK; and the Cyber Kill Chain.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash Shell, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ is an added advantage.
- Experience in adversary simulation, threat modeling, and detection engineering.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and security operations workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, GXPN, CRTO, or similar certifications are preferred.
