Position Title: Senior Salesforce QA

Experience: 4-8 Years

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce quality assurance candidate with experience in testing Salesforce applications and integrations testing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning end-to-end testing strategy and delivery and working closely with development and client teams. Automated testing knowledge is an added advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities

- As a QA, you will be responsible for collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and user stories.

- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications

- Define test objectives, test scope, and success criteria for each testing phase or cycle

- Test Execution and Defect Management: Execute test cases and test scripts to validate Salesforce functionality, integration, and customizations

- Extensive knowledge of different Salesforce Modules like Configuration and Setup, Object Manager and Lightning App builder, Salesforce Security, Automation Rules, Analytic management, Profiles etc.

- Solid testing skills in Salesforce lightning App, Salesforce standard object, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, custom Tabs, Reports and various other components as per application requirements.

- Good understanding of the Developer Console to run the SOQL Queries.

- Have good understanding of Workflow/Process automation which includes Flows, Process builder, workflow rules, and validation rules.

- Have good understanding of Salesforce security concepts like: Organization security setting, OWD, Sharing rules, Profiles, Permission Sets etc.

- Good understanding of Analytic Management: Reports and Dashboards.

- Strong Analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, analyse and translate them into requirements.





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of internal/external stakeholders and subject matter experts.

- Ability to document requirements, to develop use cases and process flow charts, to create presentations and to capture, report and track changes.

- Basic Understanding of Data Management: Data Loader, Import Wizard

- Actively involves in Functional testing, Regression testing, smoke/sanity testing, and addressing issues related to different environments (Sandbox, UAT, Production).

- Strong experience with Agile software development (Scrum) process.

- Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings to provide QA insights and contribute to process improvement efforts

- Documentation and Reporting: Document test results, including test execution logs, defects, and any deviations from expected behavior.

- Interacting with designers, Architects, Developers, QA and UAT teams during development, testing and implementation phases.

- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce App Builder or any cloud certifications.

- Skills required: Sales Cloud / Service Cloud CRM Functional Experience, Integration testing.

Skills and attributes for success

- Must Have Skills : SFDC QA Testing

- Must possess excellent functional insights on CRM Technologies, Saleforce.com, knowledge on salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud

- Good to have expertise with working on Middleware.

- Exposure to automated testing, using selenium or CRT or any relevant test automation tools.

- Hands on QA experience with: Sales Cloud / Service Cloud CRM Functional Experience, Integration testing, Salesforce administrator certification
