Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. The specialist will provide guidance on services and products, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following established processes, and contributing feedback to improve support workflows.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a commitment to delivering professional, empathetic assistance.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly with diverse customers and team members.
- Ability to provide Technical Support, including basic troubleshooting and understanding of common software or system issues.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer needs, identify patterns in inquiries, and propose practical solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is preferred.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in any discipline; training in customer service or IT support is a plus.
