Job Summary

We are hiring International Customer Support professionals with 1+ years of experience to join our customer service team across Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune.

If you have strong communication skills and experience handling international customers, this is an prospect to work with a structured team while receiving a 2-way cab facility for your commute.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through voice/customer support channels.
- Assist international customers with their queries, requests, and concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in International Customer Support / International BPO / International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with international customers.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
