Proficiancy ( Mandatory)- Kannada & Telugu ( Read and Write)

Location- Perungudi, Chennai .

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Inbond customer calls in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update the database with call details.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

Requirements: Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Should be comfortable working in a day shift environment.
