What You’ll Do Call prospective customers from provided leads and pitch relevant Shaadi.com premium services Convert free members to paid members by following our proven sales process Update call notes, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the system in real time Follow up with potential leads and track conversions with persistence and care Meet daily/weekly/monthly call volumes, talk time & revenue targets Handle walk-ins (if assigned)
