Policy Bazaar is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and driving sales through various channels. Responsibi lities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, a nd chat.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insura nce needs.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and tr ansactions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and ti mely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Experience: 0-4 years in custome r service or sales.
- Excellent communication and i nterpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve c onflicts effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familia rity with CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities a nd attention to detail.
- High School Diploma and Bach elor's degree prefe rred.

Working Condi tions

- 6-day working week.
