Salary: 23000 CTC and 18,300 inhand per month

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally over the chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat support.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
- Follow company processes and quality guidelines.




- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergrad/Graduate in any stream (Freshers are welcome).
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
