Customer Support Executive - Voice
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound voice calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a qualified manner
- Retail Voice Support
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Basic Requirements:
- Educational qualification Plus two and above
- Excellent Communication skill- Speaking (CEFR-B2)
- Immediate joiner
- Willing to work in rotational 9hrs shift (8hrs work+1hr break, mostly night shift)
