Salary:( (Ful Time) ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 CTC per month / (Part Time ) ₹7,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
- Provide information and resolve customer issues politely.
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain good communication with customers.
- Update customer details and interaction records.
- Follow company policies and processes.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing skills for chat support.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
