Job Title: Customer Support / Calling Executive
Location: Noida Sector 62
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls for order confirmation and support
- Maintain and update basic Excel sheets
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders
- Follow up and update order details
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with calling role
- Good customer handling skills
