Role Overview

We are hiring a remote team member to handle client communication and convert leads into confirmed office meetings.

This is not just a support role — your responsibility is to actively follow up, build trust, and move clients toward booking a visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients via chat (WhatsApp, email, etc.)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Clearly explain company services
- Follow up consistently with interested clients
- Convert leads into confirmed office meetings
- Inform management when clients are ready to visit
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups
- Ensure no lead is ignored
