? Key Responsibilities✔ Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries effectively

✔ Provide accurate information regarding products and services

✔ Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards

✔ Record customer interactions and update system records accurately

✔ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required

✔ Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
