DBS Bank is hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for the position of Customer Service Executive at its Shivajinagar, Pune location. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries related to banking services through voice and chat support.
Job Details:-
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Education: Graduate
Working Days: 5 days per week
Week Off: 2 rotational week-offs
Compensation
- Salary up to 25,000 per month in hand
- CTC up to 31,000 per month
- Annual CTC up to 3.7 LPA
- Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
Shift Details
- First 2 months: Day shift
- After 2 months: 247 rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to banking products and services through calls and chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
- Ensure adherence to defined process, quality, and compliance standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow the required escalation process.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Candidate Requirements:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service/BPO experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in a 247 rotational shift setting.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office in Shivajinagar, Pune.
