Follow defined SOPs, processes, and quality standards. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Meet assigned quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Requirements: Good communication skills are mandatory. Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts . Comfortable with a rotational week-off .
