About bucketlistt.com bucketlistt.com is an online curated marketplace for experiences - where anyone can discover and book experiences across India, from rafting in Rishikesh to skydiving in Delhi to a royal dinner with a kings of Rajwada.
Our vision: digitise how India books experiences - the most important part of any trip - and cover every experience India has to offer over the next 3-5 years. We don’t provide transportation or hotels.
The Role
Calls are our most key channel - and this role is at the heart of it. You'll deliver flawless customer support and convert leads into bookings by understanding what each customer really needs.
The ideal person:
· Graduation from the relevant university
· Understands customer psychology and buying behaviour
· Communicates warmly and listens actively
· Reads how customers respond and adapts the pitch accordingly
· Is a strong negotiator who genuinely helps the customer
What You'll Do
· Handle daily inbound & outbound customer calls
· Convert leads into bookings through negotiation & consultative selling
· Read customer behaviour and tailor responses to each scenario
· Manage and follow up on leads across the pipeline
· Support the wider team to drive company growth
What We're Looking For
· Freshers Graduates welcome - any relevant experience is an added advantage
· Fluency in Hindi + Gujarati + English
· Experience with CRM tools & telecaller/dialer systems
· Familiarity with AI-assisted calling tools
· Working knowledge of Excel
· Energetic, optimistic personality with a customer-first mindset

Compensation
