Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Sales Representative role based in Gurugram. This is an onsite position.

The person in this role will manage and grow customer accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and provide product information related to specialty chemicals, electronic components, display solutions, and magnetics.

Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing quotations, following up on orders, coordinating with internal teams regarding pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems.

The role also involves resolving customer issues and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue and margin targets.



The representative will collaborate closely with technical, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and provide post-sales support when required.

Qualification

- Strong customer service and relationship-management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer sales, inside sales, B2B sales, or customer support.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Basic understanding of specialty chemicals, electronic components, and display products, or the willingness to quickly learn technical product knowledge.
- Proficiency in CRM or sales tracking tools, MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and general digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer accounts, follow-ups, and documentation with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or customer support.
- Ability to work effectively from the Gurugram office and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in industrial, electronics, manufacturing, or technical sales will be an advantage.
