Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager – Plastic Moulding Industry

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 5–6 Years

Salary: β‚Ή30,000 – β‚Ή40,000 per month

Industry: Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing – Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager with strong experience in the Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing Industry to manage key customer relationships and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

βœ” Manage and maintain relationships with key customers. βœ” Handle customer requirements, queries, complaints, and escalations.

βœ” Coordinate with Production, Sales, Quality, Dispatch, and other departments.

βœ” Follow up on customer orders, production status, dispatches, and deliveries.

βœ” Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requirements.

βœ” Maintain regular communication with key customers.





βœ” Monitor customer commitments and delivery timelines.

βœ” Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement areas to management.

βœ” Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.

βœ” Prepare MIS reports related to customer orders, complaints, and follow-ups.

Requirements

βœ” 5–6 years of relevant experience is mandatory. βœ” Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing experience is mandatory.

βœ” Strong experience in customer relationship and client handling.

βœ” Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

βœ” Experience coordinating with Production, Sales, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

βœ” Solid follow-up, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: Up to β‚Ή40,000.00 per month
