Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to manage dealer relationships and support channel partner onboarding. This is primarily a calling and telecalling role — the candidate will connect with real estate dealers, brokers, channel partners, and property consultants over the phone, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate timely follow-ups to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to real estate dealers, brokers, channel partners, and property consultants from the company's existing database.
- Introduce the company and clearly explain the collaboration process and its benefits over the call.
- Share the Collaboration Form and company profile with interested dealers via WhatsApp or email.
- Conduct consistent follow-up calls with dealers until the collaboration process is completed.
- Maintain and update call logs, dealer information,



and follow-up status accurately in the CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and support the team in achieving onboarding goals.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and internet research.
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry is preferred.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, sales coordination, or the real estate industry.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with telephonic communication, dealer coordination, and occasional field visits.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi or any other regional language is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
