- Customer Interaction & Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer queries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Convert inquiries into qualified business leads
- Schedule appointments and support the sales team in closing deals
- Complaint Resolution
- Address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure smooth after-sales support and customer retention
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems
- Generate reports on customer interactions and sales activities
- Feedback Collection
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Identify areas for service and process improvement
- Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns
- Content & Social Media Management
- Manage company social media platforms
- Plan and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Analytics & Reporting




- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI
- Paid Advertising (PPC)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Website Optimization
- Collaborate with web teams to enhance website user experience (UX) and content effectiveness
